  • Simply reach us out via whatsapp, and put in an exchange request, we’llprovide you with the necessary information to process your inquiry.
  • Any item you wish to exchange should be unworn, unwashed and should haveits original tags, along with the proof of purchase.
  • This exchange policy is only applicable to items bought on this website.
  • The consumer will be responsible for courier costs incurred.
  • After receiving the parcel, it may take up to 2-3 business days to process yourrequest.However, Indicot reserves the right to invalidate your exchange request if:
